CANCELLATIONS
Guest that cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee. We ask that all cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees
LATE POLICY
TBC permits a grace period of 15 minutes for scheduled appointments. If a guest is more than 15 minutes late, their appointment will need to rescheduled.
HAIR ADJUSTMENT
TBC needs to be contacted within 5 days of the scheduled appointment to receive a hair adjustment. After the 5-day period, the adjustment will no longer be complimentary, and the guest will need to pay the full price for the appointment.
