We understand sometimes things come up and plans change.  When they do, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you based on our policies below.

NEED TO CANCEL?
Please Call Us In Advance.

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge 100% of your service total.

RUNNING LATE?
Please Call Us In Advance.

Traveler Beauty Company is a very popular Salon and we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily.

COLOR ADJUSTMENT POLICY

At Traveler Beauty Company Salon we put customer satisfaction at the forefront. Should you be dissatisfied with your color service, we do offer a complimentary 5 day color adjustment. Should you not reach out within the 5 day period, we will be unable to honor the adjustment as complimentary. Should you wish to change the service you originally received, our complimentary adjustment policy would not apply and it would be considered a regular service.
